Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

Had a few pies here, ordered a medium. He made a bambino, first time I’ve had a slice of disappointment with my pizza.

I was hungry as all get out at lunch and found This place location on my Route. I got a personal 2 topping to go and went back to my Truck only to go back inside to tell them how great the Pizza was Because I havent enjoyed a pizza that much in years. Thank you to the young man and the woman I spoke too you guys made my day!!

Very quick service and the pizza is absolutely DELICIOUS! The manager was very friendly and polite. Very clean and nice inside.

We needed a pita platter on Sunday for a funeral visitation. They made the pita platter fresh before they opened so we could take it to the family. Fresh. Delicious. Outstanding service. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give negative stars - ordered online BECAUSE IT SAID THEY WERE OPEN, waited two hours, called dozens of times and waited on hold for 20 minutes, drove all the way to the store, only for them to be closed.

This location has THE best pizza! My pizza is always perfectly prepared and everyone is just friendly enough! If you want a fresh, great tasting pizza with DEVINE crust, this is where you need to go!

Pizza was delicious. The lady was very kind that helped me.

The experience with the cook was extremely disappointing. When we called to address that our order was incorrect, he immediately became argumentative, insisting he made the pizza himself. At no point did he offer to look at the pizza or ask us to return it—he simply dismissed our concerns and told us what it was, which I found disrespectful.

Considering how much money we’ve spent here, I expected a more considerate and customer-focused response. Instead, there was no regard for our feedback. When I pointed out that I was trying to handle the situation professionally, he responded by saying, “It is personal.” That’s completely inappropriate—business should never be taken personally.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can’t recommend shopping here.
