Received amazing cutomer service from Julius! My first time here and he went above and beyond answering all of my questions. Will definitely be back!

Very good bowls and a decent value for the amount you get. Veggies are fresh and the standard options are well thought out. They were a bit heavy handed with the sauce, so ordering it on the side is a good option. Staff member was friendly and helpful, the restaurant itself has s a standard fast casual type of spot. Will definitely go back. Great online ordering platform, very easy to get what you want.

This is my second time here always clean, always pleasant atmosphere and our server. Julius is the best. very friendly very patient. made a very delicious bowl I will definitely come back to see him again

Delivery order. Really failed on multiple levels.
I ordered the volcano, with an extra scoop of meat, and a Diet Pepsi.
The Diet Pepsi didn’t exist. The meat? Almost nothing. If this was 3 scoops, I would have thought it was a vegan bowl if I had ordered 2. I am maybe 25% of the way through the bowl, and struggling to find more meat. I have eaten poke often and at most places 2 scoops is substantially more than 3 scoops at this place. Apparently their scoop is a teaspoon.
The order also came late. I had to tip the uber extra for waiting, which is crazy on a weekday serving nothing but raw food.
I also asked for mixed, and it clearly wasn’t. Clean white rice at the bottom, a big clump of veggies at the top, outright hadn’t been done.
I review things often, but I’m a really easy customer to please. I give a lot of grace for mistakes, even economic considerations. But this was a multi level failure, indicating zero care for the order.

I won’t be ordering again and neither should you.

Julius provided me with the best 10-10 customer service that I had in a long time. He was kind, offered suggestions, and was a true joy to be around. I will definitely be back and I hope he is working that shift too. Cheers

There was a lot of hair in my food. And when I asked to speak to the manager nicely and told them about it The Service was horrible I talked to a man named Randy He disrespected me and Told me to take my money elsewhere I asked to speak to the manager he said he was and was very disrespectful. There was another man that was also disrespectful and wouldn’t tell me his name.

I come here about once per week because it's so conveniently located and yummy. Service is pretty hit or miss, sometimes they're super friendly and welcoming, sometimes it's a teenager just trying to get through their day. I've never had an issue though, and will definitely return.

Julius was my server today. I watched him help a young person as he hesitantly ordered. Julius was patient and kind.
He made my perfect online order in two minutes. The place was clean, the counters were very clean and there were no ingredients in the wrong containers.

Food was incredible and the service was even better! Came in to grab me a bowl along with kids and my 11yr old was reluctant on what to get! Fortunately Juilis was working and did a short little interview with him and boom! Put together a bowl he would like! Needless to say he earned a new young customer who will be back!

The food and service at the Berkley MI location are outstanding! This location is clean and provides fast service. I visit frequently for lunch. Ari is always friendly and completes my orders quickly.

I love anything sushi!!! So this is one of my go to places I always build my own bowels and I’m never disappointed. Great customer service always welcoming and friendly
