Today I came in to buy food and asked about Marlin. I was told that he no longer works at this location. That’s disappointing for this establishment, as he was a good employee. I had seen him several times cleaning the parking lot and the lobby, and sometimes even helping by handing out orders, always with a positive attitude and doing his job properly

Yesterday, I had a very disappointing experience at this store. While I was there, I witnessed a manager speaking to an employee in a way that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. It was unpleasant to observe. In addition, I had to wait more than 45 minutes, which made the experience even more frustrating. Based on what I observed, the management at this location appears to lack professionalism, respect, and effective leadership. Managers should treat employees with respect and kindness. I hope the company addresses these issues to improve both the customer and employee experience.

I will never do business at this location and possibly never again with Popeyes. It is appalling the way customers are now treated. Ordered five chicken strips and two of them don’t even look like chicken the french fries were old and chicken as well. $14 for five chicken strips and two of them. There was no chicken. I’m sure I’m wasting my time even leaving this comment cause Popeyes could care less. All they care about is their investors they don’t care about their customers.

There is a rude young woman not the cashier but helping possibly a new person. We order a 5 piece combo and when getting the food and driving away noticed the fries were cold and like a bag of spicey chips. No telling how long they were sitting around. In addition the chicken tenders were disgusting. Hard and some looked like it was sort of black with the crust hard. We could not eat 3 out of 5. It seemed to be old. Some was just fried batter. They will never, ever answer their phone. If you Ring it 100 times no one will answer. Terrible and it was 10pm. This will be the 2nd Popeyes that has at least 1 worker who is ride and food not tossed after its been sitting past the hold time.

Been coming to this location once a week for the last year order same thing every time now all of sudden we cannot get dark meat only for our 9 piece chicken when we just got it on Monday. Young lady in the drive thru at 7pm was also rude about it.

I came yesterday and would like to recognize Marlin. He made sure my order was ready on time, which I truly appreciated. He even asked me if I had already received my order. I also saw him working responsibly, cleaning the tables and keeping the area organized in the morning. He is a kind, attentive, and dedicated person. It shows that he cares about maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. I had a very good experience. Even though he mentioned that he is not always assigned to the packing/ordering area, he still made sure my order was ready on time.

0 stars Got ripped off! Ordered $80 worth for my crew. My order got sent to flint I called both locations trying to get the issue resolved was told there was nothing I could do so I basically lost $80. Screw popeyes I'll never order from there again!!!!

1 HOUR WAIT for 2 pieces and sides. They were out of something and do they inform the customer and offer a replacement or refund? No, they make you wait like a dog. The staff lied to my face about the replaced side and gave me something else. Meanwhile, the manager chilling in a corner. Disgusting behavior in this place. Never bring your business here

Absolutely a horrible decision to go there! I ordered online and arrived about 15 minutes later, but ended up standing there for an entire hour waiting for my order. During that time, I watched my order ticket get pushed off to the side, likely because it was a larger order. After waiting an hour, I was finally told that they didn’t have half of the items I had ordered. Apparently, those items had already been given to customers who ordered after me. I was paying close attention and watched several later orders get filled before mine with items I had already preordered!!! The employees were kind but the entire operation was chaotic and completely disorganized. I had gone there a month before with a small order and I waited an insane amount of time! I tried to give them another chance since my Father-in-law who cannot leave his house was really wanting this for dinner. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse. I won’t be returning. Frustrated beyond belief!
