Potbelly, a restaurant without a drive-thru, has mixed reviews. Some find it inconsistent. However, there are positive experiences, like excellent service from pleasant and attentive staff. Sandwiches were above average and executed perfectly. This particular location has one of the better dining areas, light and bright. Previous visits were not nearly as good, but any deficiencies appear to have been addressed. Orders were not labeled, making it hard to tell which sandwich was which. The store was very nice and clean, and everything tasted delicious.
