their sandwiches are meatless when you order them nothing like menu.On Friday the 28th i order my wife a chicken salad salad it was terrible I had to look fir the chicken salad never again potbelly.A tablespoon of chicken salad for a full salad that is a rip off.I ma mad at potbelly and my wife fir asking me to go there again for this rip off.
Rude staff is an understatement. Will never purchase one thing from this specific store again.
Beware on ordering ahead via app.
I consider myself a patient and forgiving person, especially when it comes to restaurants & foodservice... but if you have an online ordering feature, the order should:
(a) be ready at the time the app tells you
(b) be the right order
Here I am, 20 minutes after the time quoted, drinks weren’t even ready & they gave me the wrong sandwich. Still waiting for the new sandwich
