I’m already familiar with the low staff, poor customer service and unsanitary conditions, however I had to pick up while using DoorDash and at noon on a Tuesday, the restaurant is only taking online orders and I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for two meals. I blame this all on leadership. DO NOT patronize this store if you value your time.

Finally clean restaurant and clean employees. Finally employees who don't hate that they working. Thank you to the pleasant gentleman that were working the other day. They were all awesome. Manager too.

Seemed like a trap house in the lobby. Just a bunch of people standing around talking, couldn’t even get to the line because the lobby was packed with people not ordering or buying food. Employees were very friendly and helpful, quick service once I was actually able to make it to the line to order. Business would be better if they cleared their lobby out some sort of people could get in line to order.

wow i can't belive the bad reviews on here. What wonderful service and great food. Staff was very friendly. Food was the best out of all the Qdoba's I have been too. WIll be back.

First time in this place, I was passed by twice by same employee. Just when I tried to order, with another employee, she left didn't return, another guest arrive and served. My last time here, thanks for No Service and being Looked passed. Place was not that busy for this to have happened.

Literally terrible. You know how you leave rice sitting out for about a day and gets hard? That’s what they gave my bf and i. And gave us just enough to barely even make a burrito. Oh and double chicken is half a scoop at this place apparently. Just make sure you eat a good enough meal before stopping in so you’re not too dependent on them to fill you up, even though you’re paying.

The young ladies on staff 10 23 2023 at 830pm were great very patient helpful and sweet. We were very pleased with how polite they were and how well they worked together. The food was fresh and our burritos were rolled to perfection.

Possibly the nastiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. The grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The drink fountain’s drain was clogged and water was spilling on to the floor. It was lunch time and they did not have black beans or pico. Other Qdoba’s are great but this one is terrible.

Placed an online order and had to wait extra 15 minutes after when the order was supposed to be ready to get it. Their bowls are definitely not filled like they are supposed to and I confirmed that after going to a different location, not enough staff for the amount of people coming to order, their grill was on fire like 3 times while I was there and I left smelling like barbecue ?

The dirty stove made me walk out . So dirty! They had 2 birds turning black on the grill but she said they was out of chicken. Thank you god that was my excuse to stop my order and leave . Don't eat here you will get sick probably die. PS it is now 45 minutes after. I made my review about this place and I still can't stop thinking about how dirty it was.
