Today I came through the drive through to order my favorite drink, my brown sugar shaken espresso! When I got to the speaker Hannah treated me warmly and she was so sweet! I even was able to see her on the screen, I didn’t know they did that at Starbucks now!! My order was out quick and when I got to the window she was so kind and we had really nice small talk! I miss when everyone used to be super friendly with each other, her attitude really made my week! Great job Starbucks!
The staff always greets customers warmly when we arrive, which I really appreciate. However, sometimes my drink is made incorrectly, as each barista seems to prepare it a bit differently.
If possible, I recommend asking for the manager (the tall, slim blonde woman), as she is the most attentive and helpful. Overall, still a pleasant place to visit.

Had a great experience at Starbucks! The store was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Hannah—she was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my drink exactly the way I wanted. Her positive attitude really made my day and showed true customer care. Definitely one of the best Starbucks visits I’ve had. Keep up the amazing work, Hannah! ☕️😊
