They have black stuff floating in their ice machines ice. I’ve never gotten a refund from a subway but I had to get one for my drink because their bottled drinks were all warm. Then they’re mad at you because you don’t want to drink a warm drink or floating black stuff in your drink. I didn’t even say anything, just nicely asked for my refund which was given. They just look at me like I’m an issue because I want a refund for a drink that I’m not getting. Also didn’t make my sub correct.I just looked down and saw the ice looks funny, then saw black stuff. Why sell the ice if it’s not safe to drink and the bottled drinks warm? Who’s drinking that?

This Subway location has remodeled the inside and it looks clean, shiny and new. They’ve added some dining tables, which is nice. I got a turkey sandwich and the veggies were crisp and tasty and the bun was soft and fresh. The gentleman who waited on me was fast and friendly. I enjoyed my sub, and feel it was a good value.

worst subway experience everI've been here twice I'll never come here again they closed the bathroom they don't allow you to use the bathroom and that is illegalthat is a health safety violationand I am going to find another way to report this Subway

Awful Subway, the one a few miles away on Southfield is a much better option. Staff here is rude. They didn't honor a coupon, that I've never had a problem at any Subway with that issue, and then basically lied and said the system won't allow them to scan the coupon without trying.

Consistently the worst Subway I’ve ever been too. Every time I go there are new workers and everyone is always rude and it’s clear they don’t want to be there. The only consistent is what I assume is a manager or assistant manager but she is the worst of them all. Always on her phone while working and always has an attitude. I hate that she’s always touching her AirPods with the food gloves on and then touching the food. Actually, their health practices overall are disgusting. I shouldn’t have to consistently ask them to change gloves because they’re touching food and then touching equipment that they should not be touching. The equipment is gross and did I say they’re always rude? Yesterday was my last visit. I’ll never be back.

I hate when businesses are not open during the hours of operation posted on the door. It said they closed at 10p or 11p, but when I arrived at 8:30p, the door was locked.

I drove all the way to this location expecting it to be open until 9. The staff closed early and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing outside at 8:35. Ridiculous. Then some girl came out while I was walking back to my car and said THE MANAGER said they could close early??? For an individually owned restaurant??? Really? Well OWNER… This is your team. And this is my rating.

Maybe next time a customer calls the store to ask why you would literally give me burnt to a crisp cookies ,make sure you hang up the phone before you go on a talk to your manager how you called me several names and how you would throw down and catch a case if I came in, sorry I don’t speak ghetto very well. I’m pretty sure the icing on the cake is the person admitting the cookies were burnt and he was going to make new ones. These were not a little burnt they were burnt so bad I couldn’t tell what flavor they were. Answering a business phone saying “hey” was the first red flag.

Time for them to close the doors. No hair nets. Mask under noses. Food thrown together. There was a fuzz ball on my sandwich from the girls shirt. Just terrible. They did remake the sandwich.
