Ordered off of the app and I have never had a subway sandwich to appear like I witnessed. The sandwiches looked balled up and stepped on...smashed. I ordered for 2 people and both sandwiches appeared this way. I don't know who, why or what for but I hope this comment is used for training purposes. I ordered while I sat in the plaza lot, walked to Kroger and the beauty supply then to get the food so there is no justification to why that food looked so abused.
