Put in an uber order thru uber. They forgot my medium fries and large Frosty. Uber refunded me $5 which is less than the missing items. I lose. How freaking hard is it to double check the order. Second time they screwed up my order. No more.

The pandemic is over, open up the dining room already.
It’s 8am inside is close and 1 person in drive thru and still no help. I set at the drive thru for 5mins before they seen what I needed. Doing one car at a time to save your time is crazy. If you don’t have enough staff then place them with your other location that is low on workers instead. Also Crazy how a online order placed over 10mins ago, still took 15 more minutes and once again no is inside because it’s close and only one person was infront but pull up at the same time so what’s the problem oh no one wants to work do better or shut down
