Had a great experience today at this location!! Stopped in for lunch an ordered a triple cheeseburger!! It was made perfectly fresh! Also the customer service was excellent!! Cashier Kiara was very friendly and polite!! Also the Management was friendly and polite!! Great job 👏🏽 Thats hard to find these days.
Drive -Thru was busy. The young lady took the order I had to repeat it a couple of times. We got to the window she gave the total without looking at me just held out her hand. I said hello how is your day going, no response. Paid and got the order. No sauce, no ketchup, 3 napkins, everything was lukewarm. After getting what we needed we left. I may or may not go back. They are usually good about making sure everything is in the bag. The price was reasonable to feed three people....
Honestly this is the best fast food restaurant in the area! They always give great customer service and my food is always made right. There is a bit of a wait sometimes but I think they’re just understaffed so I’m not mad about it. I would go here and wait 10 times before I go to the McDonald’s across the street! Keep up the good work y’all! ❤️
