I had an exceptional experience last week. The manager took my order and bro my food out. He was pleasant and friendly. My food was hot and fresh. I usually go to DD....I have no regrets.
Just wanted to come and give a huge shoutout to Bruce at the Southgate location. I could tell he was understaffed and going through it. He made sure to still get me my food quick and on time. I could tell he was determined to make do with the situation he was dealt. Why have 5,6 people when you can have 1 Bruce! 🫡 hope the staff and managers see this, and take notes from Bruce!
There’s a woman named Natikia who works there, and she has such a kind soul. She mentioned she’s been there for years and truly loves taking care of customers. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back because of her! 😊
