Food was delicious. Atmosphere is basically an old Taco Bell that's been converted to a casual dining restaurant. When we were there, there was a person singing to recorded backing tracks. A little loud, but added to the atmosphere. Service was okay, but slow.
Let me start by saying I love Galindo’s. However, we went to one of the locations for the first time today after church. It wasn’t busy and food came out quickly. I ordered veggie tostadas and my husband had chicken tacos. The food is usually great, but today is was lack luster. No flavor and no seasoning of the rice and beans. It wasn’t their best today. I’ll go back, but maybe not that location again. The live music was an added bonus. 😊
Just went to the Southgate location and was thoroughly pleased. We had an excellent waitress, Rosa, who was amazing. The food was great. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. We will definitely go back.
