Even though I’m frustrated the manager up here handled it extremely well. The chat bought was down. There was a storm that came through. I placed an order when I went to go pick it up. The order never arrived. He handed me my money back and had to order ready on the spot. That’s fantastic management.

David....one of the managers....was very helpful! I ordered a large order for work purposes. I accidentally added it to my personal card. I called and explained what happened. David refunded and then replaced my order. He was very understanding and kind.

I ordered pizza here last night and think the location is great! Foods great, quick delivery, I have zero complaints about the actual restaurant. I want to talk about how TERRIBLE the website is though (which I understand is corporate).

Trying to shove AI ordering and text ordering down my throat by offering better discounts through those routes is soooo annoying. I DON'T NEED OR WANT AI TO ORDER A PIZZA. I'm at my computer, on the website. Applying...
