Really disappointed I was a loyal customer for about three months. I love the Dubai cup from here but they recently jacked the price up to 14$ for it so I will be going elsewhere that’s just ridiculous

Summer was so helpful and super kind to my family! We came in a large group and she was by herself. She was so nice and the ice scream was ice cold and the fruit was all fresh. We will definitely be back

I walked in at 3 pm and they looked like they either hadn’t opened yet or were just closing? The menu screens were off and the cashier gave me the gen z stare until I said, “am I supposed to look up the menu on my phone?” She said “you can do that”. So I did and ordered something that was definitely not worth ten dollars. Extremely uncomfortable experience.

Wow, everything on the menu looked delicious. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Sundae and I think I went to Valhalla. 😂 Order Cajun fries from Taystee's that were also delicious. As a local guide, this is now on my list for main places to visit! Follow for more food recommendations!

My husband is at the Southgate location 3+ times a week. Where are the old employees who actually valued customer service and know how to make what the customer asks for. Twice in a row he went in 45mins to 1hr before closing to be told machines are down and its only hard ice-cream. When we have gone in 10 mins before close several times and never turned away. After a couple week hiatus he decides to try again tonight to still be sitting here almost 30 mins later not the right ice-cream to still be standing waiting with a male worker complaining hes trying to get out of there to close with others standing in line. This is ridiculous and very unprossional behavior. Go to Brewsters in Riverview where you'll not only save a lot of money, you'll be greeted with exceptional customer service and ice-cream that is out of this world!! 👌

This place is choice! From start to finish the customer service was amazing. Only the manager was there when we arrived and she was incredibly kind and overall wonderful to interact with. She made our orders look amazing and they tasted even better! We ordered the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cup, two flurries with mix-ins (one with cinnamon toast crunch and oreo, the other with cinnamon toast crunch) and a brownie chocolate sundae. Not bad prices at all and the flavors were insane. My family and I will be coming back this place frequently!

The Custard Co. in Southgate goes crazy. Great service, best ingredients and all around amazing place. Local business expanding and providing a unique and expansive menu that blows others away!

The Pistachio Knaffeh is just ridiculous and loads of it.

I even waited about 15 minutes for the owner to get back with fresh strawberries so they they could finish topping it properly. They defintiely hooked it up. Great customer service and on top of any obstacles making things right. Couldn't ask for a better establishment.

Went out of my way passing 2 other ice creamestablishments to get here. Top notch!
