To start…when placing the order over the phone, the guy that answered is hard to understand and needs more training. It just shouldn’t take 10 min to place a very simple pizza order.
It gets better, the stuffed crust that was ordered, wasn’t stuffed! We called back to see if it could be corrected, the manager was angry at us for calling back. had black stuff in the MIDDLE of my dough but the manager Ashley claimed it was left over food from the oven. it looked like mold. how would left over food from the oven end up in the middle of the dough of a pizza covered in toppings while it bakes. I told her whatever it was its disgusting and she agreed. so why not clean your oven instead of making more pizzas.
