Overpriced food and doesn't pay their staff. Go anywhere else.

1.The parking lot is a crumbled mess, which makes getting into the place almost impossible if you use a walker or cane.
2. The glasses are always filthy..
3. The waitstaff is èver changing.
4. They need to provide parking lot secur

I just watched the modern marvels about the 300 pound burger and I have a question. Are the giant buns made in the same room that the first saw movie takes place in? Crikey!

A group of us were there a couple weeks ago for dinner & music bingo - we've all decided that we will not be going back which is really too bad because I used to really like Mallie's! There were 5 of us at our table; it took quite a while for us to get our food in the first place and when we did, 2 people from our group got their food at least 5 minutes before the rest of us, we had to actually grab someone to ask what was going on with the rest of our food in order to get served! We were told that they were waiting for the onion rings to get done - that made no sense at all because only one person ordered onion rings so why did everyone else's food have to sit there and wait?? God knows how much longer it would have been if we didn't ask. On top of that, everyone's food was lukewarm at best - one person from our group even sent her food back because of it (the rest of us just dealt with it). The manager visited our table after we complained and said we'd all be getting discounts for the poor service and cold food but all they gave us was 10% off which was only like $1-2 for each individual check - gee thanks! This place has really gone down hill over the last year or so... oh and on a side note - what happened to the delicious super crispy fries?? Now they have crinkle cut fries and that just reminds me of White Castle or just opening a bag of frozen fries at home. They really need to start doing better!

Went for a quick bite and drinks, I wouldn't say it was quick but it was hot. We had mini tacos and wings. Mini tacos were normal frozen but good. Wings were teeny tiny. Had a margarita and a Jamison and ginger ale both were yuck. They had song bingo which was sorta fun. But probably won't be back.

Terrible experience. Every time we have stepped foot in this place it's been an AWFUL experience.
Food was not right. We asked twice to fix our order and it still wasn't right. Frozen patty burger- not fresh by any means. What a joke. I would rather have a fast food burger over this crap burger they served me.
Waitress charged us an extra $20 on our bill and had no idea what it was for.
Barely an apology from our waitress.
Will not be wasting our time or money in this establishment ever again.

Kaytlin has been so attentive and loving towards us. She is very kind and friendly. I’ve only been here 2 times and she has made both times so great and memorable.

Mexican Pizza they say never had lettuce on it but we have pictures of it from before and always had lettuce on it. Going down hill on what you get now. Nope, I will go somewhere else and spend my money on what I should get...

I ordered French onion soup and steak. The onion soup was delicious but the cheese on top was not fried enough, it was light and almost without a crust. The steak meat was so-so, I expected better, it tasted more like liver than steak. Overall, the place is not bad, the atmosphere is great and the waitresses are friendly and pleasant

Misty has been my bartender the last couple of times I’ve come to Mallies, and she is awesome!! She’s so sweet and makes the best drinks!! I had a really rough day, and it was nice talking to someone and having a good drink to unwind from my hectic day. Thank you for always being super awesome and sweet and I always look forward to seeing you :)
