Went there after church and ordered fish and chips. The fish was under cooked and the coffee cups were dirty the silverware had food stuck to it. I know they are crowded but this is flu season and it was totally disgusting.

Undercooked fries, microwave bacon, staff laughing at a homeless gentleman for listening to music, the music was low and not bothering anyone. Actually the music he played was better then the music on the speakers in the restaurant. By the way how can someone charge $6.99 for a grilled cheese.....seriously you should be ashamed.

i would just like to say, i worked here for about 8 months i was a good employee i was at every scheduled shift and even asked for more hours, the side work is unreasonable and ridiculous, the work environment the owner and managers create is very unwelcoming and uncomfortable to employees. i was fired 3 days before christmas because while i was in the bathroom my table decided they waited to long and left, i got a nasty phone call from the manager filled with lies about me and fired. i have worked at another restaurant now for over a year and get sick thinking about this rams horn and my time here. i wish the best for the current employees and hope they know that is not normal and there is better out there for you guys and better opportunities. for the owner i hope he goes bankrupt and the business closes.

We dined in I ordered the Ruben It was actually really good no complaints on the food whatsoever.. Big complaints on the service we received I have no idea what the name of our server was All I know is that she was tall had glasses and an arm full of tattoos she was extremely rude slammed our glasses on the table rolled her eye several times and stood in the corner by like the entrance to the kitchen area just with her arms folded staring at my husband and I it made us so uncomfortable I don't know what she went back and told the cooks but there had to have been at least six guys all in black T-shirts that came out standing by a register system I presume literally all what their arms folded laughing staring at us It made us feel so uncomfortable like we just weren't wanted there. We were nothing but polite to our server and she still had an attitude like I don't know she didn't want to be there or what but we had terrible service from her constant dirty looks slamming plates on our table It was just ridiculous and I definitely won't be back to this place and if I find out the same owner owns the other Taylor one I won't be back to that one either
