I have eaten here several times over the last few years, the food is always fresh, hot, and the portions are HUGE. The place is a "mom and pop". it's ran by the owners, a husband-and-wife team. Because it's just the two of them when it gets busy it takes them awhile to answer the phone and there could be as much as a 30–45-minute wait for your food. It's also carry out only. Listen I know it doesn't look the greatest from outside and inside. Don't judge this gem of looks, its really freaking good.
I recently ordered the General Tso’s Chicken dish. I called ahead of time and connected with a staff member who took my order with no problem at all.
Everything was perfectly cooked and it was not overly greasy when compared to some other Chinese restaurants I have been to around the Downriver area. You will get VERY generous portions at a good price here.
