For a stereotypical American breakfast-type chain restaurant, the food is pretty good and consistent. I've never had any real issues with my orders and IF there was a mistake it was always minor and corrected immediately with an apology and a smile.
The atmosphere is a bit nostalgic which is part of the charm for me personally. It feels old school and comforting which is nice in a fast-paced world.

Great place, would recommend. Food delicious. The waitresses and coffee guys are very kind and attentive. The bosses Dave, Christian, Christina, and Angela are very nice and do a great job directing their staff to make them the most efficient they can be.
