Is everyone here incompetent? My coworker placed an 80 dollars order thru doordash, and absolutely none of it was right. We went up there 3 times for our ocean waters all times they tasted like carbonation. They missed sandwiches tater tots French toast sticks in the order. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS. It’s not hard to READ A SCREEN AND PLACE THE FOOD IN A BAG.

My husband and I came to this sonic and asked for 2 extra large lemonade slushies add strawberries, I got 2 large regular lemonade slushies and the girl that brought our order out LITERALLY threw the change at my husband. I told her there were no strawberries in the drinks and she assured me that there was and claimed that she made it herself and the strawberries were in it. The drinks are PURE WHITE. I guess they are using white strawberries that taste like lemon. SMDH I go to the Sonic on Dix and order this same thing EVERYDAY. They always make it right AND the service is spectacular. I would recommend anyone that goes to the Southgate Sonic to try the one in Lincoln Park. The only reason I stopped at this one was because I'm on my way to Flat Rock. This just reminded me why I stopped coming to the Southgate Sonic.

They’re so slow here it’s painful. The girl at the drive thru had a major attitude while we were attempting to order and the speaker was broken so we could only half hear what she was saying and she was so mad.

Waited at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes, before they even acknowledged me and they didn’t have a single other customer. I waited patiently for the girl at the window to tell me I can’t use a sonic gift card at sonic then closed the window in my face. Less than 1 star should be an option.

(strike 1) The employees must hate their jobs. Consistently poor attitudes here.(strike 2) Often looks like its not busy, nobody at the drive-thru order spot, but then after ordering, the one or two cars waiting at the pick up window do not move for a ridiculous amount of time. How about moving them off to the side to wait so the rest of us can get on with our day? (and not be served cold food)(strike 3) "We are out of the meat for that burger". Oh really? Then why not offer a substitution? Can't give the customer a better quality or larger meat patty to make them happy? Nope, lets save a few cents and basically tell the customer to get bent.Don't appreciate my business? Fine, plenty of other options!

Went for a sonic blast M&M ice cream and they said the machine was down, asked if we wanted a vanilla shake topped with M&M's we said sure, it's tastes horrible and doesn't have many M&M's at all. And was charged almost $6 for a small. Ridiculous.

BRIAN! Hands down THE best employee you have..... I am so thankful he is at our riverview location! Just hearing his voice of the speaker over the speaker, puts ur mind at ease. Your entire order will be there I promise not only That, but delivered with a huge smile ad the most positive attitude. He makes my wife every single time he working and she come thru!!! Employee's like him should be treasured, what he brings to your company is priceless!!! ????

I was there today and the credit card machine didn't work, I could hardly hear the person on the intercom. When I received. When I order my order it looked like 3 burgers was in the bag but when I got home there was only 2 and the fries was soo salty I couldn't even eat them. I'm calling it quits on Sonic. And no receipt for my order.

If you plan on eating in your car, I highly suggest you just order through the drive thru and go park. I pulled into a stall at 6:45 and activated the button. I had to reactivate the button 3 times. My order wasn’t taken until 7:15. I only waited the 30minutes because I promised my daughter a milkshake and my son a slush, and it’s one of the few places I can get both.

First of all the food was delicious. But what made it even better was the gentleman that took and delivered our order. I think his name is Brian. He was absolutely amazing. Kind, quick and thoughtful. He was really great.

So I ordered a #3 combo meal large fries and large Dr. pepper, as well as a large sonic blast Oreo add Reese’s. I got my food but not the Dr. pepper when I asked for it she said it would be $1.22 I was confused as to why? I asked her why was I charged for it in the meal but I have to pay again for it? She said that it was taken off. When I questioned her she said “you paid full price for the combo meal and the blast was added to the combo meal instead of the Dr. pepper I asked why was I charged for the Blast then? And she said I was charged full price for both because it wasn’t happy hour?!? What?? I don’t see why I had to pay for my Dr. pepper when it’s included in the combo meal price.
