They made my drink wrong today. I've been trying to call for half hour a they don't answer the phone. If this was the first time they messed up then whatever accidents happen but this is the 3rd or 4th. I've just never called. But they need to answer the phone and fix this.
I'm very upset,, I was told the manager makes soup only and you have none it's Saturday at12:43 I had to order a tea and muffin no soup for lunch yet you advertise you have this item ,, I think you're doing a disservice to your customers who would like soup for lunch and you have None. I'll go to Panera bread and get a better soup thanks for nothing and a waist of my time and gas.
Don’t go here and don’t use their app. They stole $26.89 from me. I used the app then they couldn’t deliver the order and refused a refund. Tried complaining to corporate but nothing. Now they lost my order and since it was last month they won’t help. Mind you I live 45 mins away from this location and couldn’t just stop in. Oh, and they won’t tell you to come in and take care of it until you get to the pick up window and have already wasted the time waiting in line....read full review
