We just moved to Spring Lake and Fuel has become our “go to” quickly. I’ve had the chicken sandwich and the smash burger too many times - love them. My wife has had the seared tuna twice in a row. The cocktails are great - the bartender(s) know what they’re doing. A family member says their Negroni is the best in the GH area
We went for a birthday celebration. Started with Margaritas and they didn't disappoint. Very tasty! We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp as we are both fans of Bang Bang Shrimp. While these were good, there wasn't much spice to them. I had Salmon with a dill creme fraiche, Broccolini and mushroom risotto. This was excellent! (But you have to like dill!!). Ken had Steak+ frites. Steak had a nice spice to it. A bit of a thin cut, but came out perfectly cooked for him....
Loveddd! Abby is a such a sweet server and the manager Andrew even came over to give us some recommendations on the food! Great food & service can go a long way, because we definitely will be back.
