My wife and I had a great evening here. I tried the fuel burger and fries, the fries definitely stole the show and were worth the $2 up charge. We got an order of burrata and that was delicious, we got happy hour so it was $8 instead of $16. The burger was fine, but the brioche bun left something to be desired. One of the best spots in the neighborhood.Great drinks and a cozy atmosphere for date night. We went with a pizza and Brussel Sprouts. I realized after we ordered I picked two things with charred and balsamic flavors but both plates were good all around. We ordered the white pizza and boom boom shrimp for a late nite snack, did not disappoint! Really love the chill vibe and the festive looking lights strung all around while we sat at the bar enjoying a perfectly prepared cocktail! So glad to have Fuel back open again, we’ll be back again soon!
