I've been a lifelong customer and although they have disappointed me within the last couple years, I came in today on July 27th at around 3:30 to give them another chance and they exceeded my expectations. My large fry was hot fresh and extra crispy with just the ight amount of salt. The bacon and sausage on my all in one sandwich was seared to perfection and the the team was actually extremely friendly and helpful compared to previous experiences...whoever was running that...
BLT was good. Had to go back up and ask for a napkin. Was given 1. Glass of water was 27 cents. I'm used to getting tap water for no charge. I used my cc and flat sign on counter said cc fee 2.5%, but I was charged 3%. I questioned it and employee shrugged and said he didn't know. Mgr came out and said he'd print new. Not very helpful or friendly.
Even though you stop in and go to the counter to order the seating felt like a classic diner which is what we like. Took my 96 year old father after an appointment with the VA. It was a nice clean place. The staff was very nice and brought our food too us. Maybe because of my dad with his walker. Easy access on the south side of the building for a walker. There is even a drive through.
