“First off, this place smells incredible. There’s a coffee roasting company next door that was actively roasting when we walked in and that with the smell of fermenting beer is the definition of chefs kiss. Seriously, someone should make that scent in a candle. Music, 11/10 whoever’s playlist is goin’ can I get your Spotify link? Great selection of beer with fun hip names. Settled on their Oktoberfest, it’s pleasantly well balanced with a clean finish. Bartender was very attentive, gave awesome to service to us with it being our first time there as well as to the guests you can tell that visit regularly. Wish this place was closer to home, we would without a doubt be regulars.“
“Enthusiasms and labors of love do not always, alas, translate to success. Fortunately, in the case of Sameday, it does! There are no bad beers here. There aren't even any mediocre, fill-in-the-menu beers. I'm not a big lagers fan, but the Someday lagers are well worth the pint, as are the Czech style pilsner. And then there are the IPA's, which are fantastic; and the stouts, a pleasant oatmeal stout or a no holds barred Midnight. The meads are just as excellent. (Except for the Sunday Afternoon, which you don't want to try, because that will leave more for me. Seriously. Try the April First.) No food. No distractions. Just beer (and mead) done very excellently well.“
“One of the best breweries in Michigan. Excellent aromas, tastes and finishes.“
“Got a Superbowl wings platter and famous pickle pizza to watch the big game tonight. Everything was delicious and we are all happy and full! Remember to get carry-out next time you need the best made-from-scratch food for a game night!“

“Highly recommend the Dark Heathen Triple Bock . Very well made delicious beer.“
“The SE MI Brewery Discovery Tour continues. (I'm done counting, it takes too much effort)
The building used to be a church. I personally love that repurposing. (Once saw a church knocked down to put in a Walmart! ) The layout works great: big U-shaped bar surrounded by 4-seat high-top tables. The all-important stainless steel vessels taking the place of the pulpit & choir. 6 big screens are spread around for the sports oriented. There is a room of the back of the main one with big leather-clad easy chairs & an actual fireplace. So cozy.
The free parking is in the back but you have to enter from the Biergarten which is entered from the corner. So, if you or a compadre are using a wheelchair, get dropped off at the corner.
The beer list is pretty broad, 2 pages, the food menu is of decent size.
Got a Lip Lock Cherry stout followed by a Peach Blonde. The stout was less sweet than expected (based on nothing) but nicely balanced. The peach version of the Dirty Blonde was tasty and refreshing.
Ate an Atwater Brat in-between. The brat was OK. The pretzel bun was good, the toppings (cheese, jalapeños, bacon bits) were good, too. The brat itself was the weak spot, tasted too much like a big hotdog.“

“Our family hosted a retirement party over the weekend for around 50 people and the Copper Hops event space was the perfect venue. Not only is the space beautiful, but they were very accommodating to any changes to the layout and our bartender was great! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Thank You Copper Hop!“
