Literally the rudest people
Work there! They never have what you want to order.. they “are out”They can’t even make your coffee correct meaning they forget to put a shot of vanilla in it…. EVERY TIME! The girl and if I knew her name I would call her out, she clearly hates her job,was so rude, I ordered something they are always out of seriously yelled at me over the drive through speaker while I was still talking that they were out and then argued with me at the window...read full review

Worst experience at a Donut shop. Lady taking my order had an attitude and was being difficult. I ordered a dozen and a coffee. The Donuts are for kids and she said I couldn't pick what Donuts would be in the dozen. Never had that happen at any Tim Horton before. The coffee was supposed to be large and they gave me a small. No cream no sugar. Unbelievable. Go to the other one down the street.

I just had the worst customer service experience of my entire life at this location. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and ordered a pumpkin spice latte and 2 vanilla cream donuts. After I received my order, I took a sip of the coffee and knew immediately that it was not a pumpkin spice latte. It was a black coffee. Then I took a bite of the donut. It was NOT a vanilla cream donut. It was Boston Cream.
