I’m not sure who was working at 4:15ish on 03/25/26, but I want to give a big shoutout to the team for making the best steak quesadilla I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. The nacho fries were cooked just right and carefully placed on top of the quesadilla wrapping. The cashier at the drive-thru window is always so cheerful whenever I see her. Thanks for showing you care about your work and the customers.
It's a Taco Bell. Sometimes they screw up. It's the middle of nowhere, what do you want? IT's just nice to have a little variety that is open late. And real talk? I've been there a bunch since they opened, at least once a week, and they have only goofed up my order once. I've also gotten a bunch of extras and free stuff, so I'm not complaining. They're also always super friendly every time I go.
Never had an order messed up that wasn't corrected with good service.. Cathy on night shift has easily the best customer service of any fast food place ive visited in a long time. Best taco bell within an hour drive for sure
