Drove all the way to hall rd yesterday just to find it was closed when online says open until 10 we arrived at 830. Now I'm getting told this place permanently is shut down? Can the business confirm if this is true please? I can't call because I'm never connected to a person.

Wife's Ramen was cold completely through. Was told they were going to remake it. Just got a hot bowl of mushy noodles. The cooking area was disgustingly filthy and completely unsanitary. Watch both the cooks handle raw meat and then continue to cook without cleaning their hands. This place has gone down hill will not be returning very sad :(

This restaurant was filthy! Food all over the floor that was not being cleaned up, you had to watch where you were walking. It was our servers first day and they just turned her loose. She absolutely did her best though, not her fault that's on them. I would not go back.

If I could get this place a zero I would. The health department needs to pay a visit to this location. This place is absolutely disgusting dirty sticky tables and sticky floor. There was hardly anything out in terms of Food. They have taken a A lot of their ingredients away. They really should just shut down. Needless to say we didn’t stay.

Man if you're reading this in 2024 I'm so sorry you missed out. This used to be one of the best restaurant to go to for miles alone or with a large group, I've slowed down my visits to restaurants and stuff since Covid 19 but we're slowly but surely getting back to it. Anyways this place used to be 5 stars across every category EASILY. But I attempted to take my family here today and they were out of basically everything HOW ON EARTH do you run out of rice?!?!?I've been trying to justify it like maybe it's just been a bad/busy week. Only to come on here and see reviews going back 1 and 2 years about them having rude horrible staff, everything is dirty and them being out of so much stuff it's wild. Then all the bad reviews are met with some automated response on Google for us to Email the parent company. This kind of hurts man because I used to love this place so much, everyone I know did. I'm going to miss this place when it shuts down not that the staff or management working here now would even care.

atrocious. please shut down.sauce spills, food scraps everywhere. sticky floors. sauce on the walls, counters, Yum Yum sauce on my tiddies.tongs swimming in meat juices.flies. customers stacking their bowls so high theyre preventing the food from spilling out with their bare hands. no regulations.my friend who came with me is already puking. and my other friend claims she got food poisoning twice from hereif the BD robot replies to me with "Sorry your visit didn't go well!" I will do something very, very, very, drastic. $94 in the shredder for that. what.

Not at all what it used to be. We used to eat here all the time, but it’s been a while before today. Complete 180! It’s no longer clean…I witnessed multiple bowls with food chunks still on them. Greasy everything, etc. We were seated for 35 minutes before getting drinks. They can’t seem to keep anything in stock either. If you didn’t want Pepsi, water was the only option. No Diet Pepsi, Mt Dew, iced tea, lemonade, and if you order Dr Pepper, you’ll probably get Pepsi.The salad bar isn’t a thing anymore apparently, because there was no food at all on it, as in not set up. For stir fry, they were out of pork, carrots, scallops, eggs (though there was a sign on the bar to ask the griller for eggs, who when asked said they had none so it was kind of like a scavenger hunt), etc. They ran out of rice, said they’d bring it to our table. After 15 minutes of no rice or tortillas, I asked the waitress for them. She seemed confused we had no rice. She brought one thing of tortillas because I asked. Those were the only tortillas our group of 10 got, and I was the last to sit down with my food. We never got the rice.Needless to say, I’m pretty sure this restaurant has lost our future business, and I would not recommend this restaurant anymore…and again, used to love it!

Things have really changed at BD’s, and not in a good way. I’ve been coming here since the 90’s and have always enjoyed the food and the service. Went yesterday for the first time in about a year and noticed a big change. First off, they no longer have the salad bar and they missing key ingredients like beef (the strips, not the hunks of steak) and carrots from the buffet. The amount of seasonings you can add to your bowl has been cut to less than half of what it used to be and they no longer have hot sauces (like Tiger sauce) at the bar and soy sauce is now served via packets. Secondly, the service was horrendous. When I asked about available draft beer, I was told the Sam Adams “Seasonal”…so I asked which one. Waitresses had no idea and didn’t bother to go ask. When we arrived back at our table with the food, we didn’t have the tortillas and the appetizer that we ordered and my beer didn’t arrive until I was almost through eating. Lastly, this place was filthy! Used tables sat there with dishes and food and it looked like the floor hadn’t been swept in days. And by the grill there was trash laying around on the floor and bits of food everywhere.It’s very sad to see what’s happened to this restaurant, I wish there were other Mongolian places to go for dinner. The number of locations are dwindling and I can see why.

Food was pretty good. I’m more than certain the margarita I had was pure juice not a drop of alcohol. Floor was covered in sauce - I get it, it gets messy however I’d like to not step in sauce every step I take. My family and I decided to get the all you can eat bowl however they stated if you don’t finish your first bowl - you can take the left overs home but if you get a second bowl and don’t finish, they won’t let you take the left overs? That makes zero sense. If you’re paying extra for the bowl, why would you rather waste food and toss it than let the paying customer who paid extra take it home? Weird rule, seems very stingy…I’d understand if it was purely all you can eat at one flat price but if you’re paying extra for it, im confused what the issue is. I guess this makes sense why most locations have closed down bad management

This location is spiraling down the drain, and the owner should be ashamed by what is happening at this location.I took my boys there last week for lunch - nasty water all between the Men's and Women's bathrooms. The meat and seafood containers were half-filled to empty, the spices were limited and barely filled. 1 server was available and it took about 20 minutes for a cook to start cooking food for the 9 patrons waiting.Either throw in the towel and close this location, or clean it up and bring it back to respectability!Also - Owner, stop with the canned replies. You should be smart enough to understand what the customers are telling you and fix your issues!
