About bd's Mongolian Grill

Bd's Mongolian Grill is a restaurant known for its great food and friendly service, although the atmosphere has been described as uninspiring. The servers are often praised for their attentiveness, but there can be delays when they are understaffed. The General Taos chicken dish is particularly recommended, along with the one bowl lunch special, which features fresh ingredients. However, recent reviews indicate that the restaurant is currently closed due to an accidental fire that occurred in April. After three months, it has not reopened, leading to concerns about its future. It is advisable to contact the restaurant for confirmation regarding its status. While past experiences highlighted fast service and cleanliness, recent visits noted issues such as burnt food and dirty restrooms. Despite these concerns, the restaurant offers many options and the Chick-fil-A ice is a favorite among some customers.
