“I was waited on by Bernice at least thats what was on her shirt! She didn't smile, and when I asked how long the fries had been there I got no response twice but she did ask for fries to be dropped Bernice gave me my order without the soda. I asked her to look at my coupons. Then she gave me 2 cups and a cup holder. Bernice in my opinion should show like she loves her job. Just smile when she says can I help you. You never know what someone is going through but customer service is a happy profession.....“
“This location wasn't bad but the inside needs help so plain and old nothing on the walls just looks empty. Food could be better onion rings could be more fresh. It was pretty steady around lunch time. Service and food was quick that's probably why onion rings wasn't fresh like they made it earlier and it sat there for hour or longer. Burger could have been little warmer.“

“Have been enjoying Burgers from the Burger King at 40200 Vandyke since 1972, but today was very special because Joe prepared the Wopper & Wopper Jr and they tasted better than how they look in the pictures...
