“Well the drive thru was a Lotta slow but they made up for because the food was hot & order was ready & @ the window waiting on me to pay 4 it everything was on point just as I ordered it everything was made correctly so im thinking maybe it was some difficult ppl just holding up the line because they got my order got me around to the window I checked my order & was out of there so fast made me wonder why the line & only 3 cars in the drive thru so maybe ppl in the front car were trying to scam a free whopper or somrthin“
“Not one of my usual haunts but it sounded good today: quick & cheap.
Odd that there is a kiosk to order at the counter but if it helps with service h staffing, go for it.
The reason for my review:
While waiting on my order, a customer from the drive-thru came in because of a discrepancy (wouldn't have had that with the kiosk). The person behind the counter was super polite, confirmed twice how the burger was supposed to be made, and went right over to get it started.
The customer had specified "straight from the broiler". He told her that would be ready in just 2.5 minutes because of the broiler request. She expressed concern about having "to wait that long" and the condition of the rest of the existing food. He offered to place it under the warmer lights or complete the order with already made meat to reduce the time, her choice. And he remained polite & professional the entire time. Above and beyond typical customer service! She continually muttered complaints that he, fortunately, never had to hear. They were undeserved. Well done!
P.S. I like the nose piercings. 👍🏼
Kid-friendliness: Of course. Burgers & fries, shakes & pop, kids love this stuff.
Wheelchair accessibility: Curb ramps/cuts are on either end of the sidewalk while the door is in the middle.“

“Really. Burger King....I was shocked. The food was delicious. I mean , when I took the first bite of my sandwich I almost had a , well I want to keep this clean. My experience with BK was always horrible. But yesterday after 5 years of cutting them off. ? DELICIOUS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THE STAFF WAS UNIFORMED. Must say BK you just regained my business...

“I ordered here at the drive-thru about an hour ago and had to wait for “fresh fries”. Much to my happy surprise, both the fries and the cheeseburgers were hot and fresh! Kudos to the ladies working there tonight. Thank you for making me fresh food! This is how Burger King is supposed to taste!“
