“I don’t know who this young man was that worked the drive-thru tonight but when I say customer service was top tier that would be an understatement!! There was a mixup with my order but it wasn’t noticed until I got home. I was told I could come back. Now me and my husband was tired from work so I was immediately irritated. But when I got back to that restaurant that young man handled my concerns with so much professionalism it literally floored me! Thank you to him and the manager on duty!“
“I gave the atmosphere 5 stars cause it usually is. In this instance I used drive thru which was also 5*.
I ordered a whopper with special provisions and it came out correct, hot, and fresh. Very happy with the outcome today!“
