Nice place with fresh deli and butcher/meat section. Excellent selection of Polish and other European food items, plus fresh bakery and breads. Staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend and will put on my list of favorites!
I purchased five different types of pierogies. One of them (cheeseburger) was freezer burned and no good. Two of the others had ice crystals in them. Disappointing. I used to buy them in Hamtramack. I was hoping for the same quality.
If you're looking for Polish food you will find it at Srodek's. They have wide variety of Polish foods from main courses, soups to desserts. We had a very traditional Polish dinner New Year's Eve, and I was able buy most of it at Srodek's. I'd encourage you to try their store if you want to try some excellent food at home with friends.
