I have given this location many attempts at getting my order correctly. They do not know what they are doing and skip over other things you’d like to order. Horrible place for coffee and Tim hortons will never get my money again! Get better staff that know how to take an order and prepare it properly!

Employee who didn't speak English copped a whole attitude when I want to choose my own donuts and asked "why". What do you mean WHY??? The question is: why did I choose to spend my money there?20 minutes to get 1 dozen donuts, a box of coffee and 20 tidbits on a Sunday morning on the way to church.0915 hours

I ordered a very custom order latte in drive thru lol and the girl and I laughed over it. She was nice and prepared my drink with care. Sadly I couldn't get her name but whoever was closing 9/22/23 shift, thank you!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Customer service was beyond rude. There was a language barrier with the cashier so I don't understand why she was on the register taking orders in the first place. Their donut signs were mixed up and i was given the wrong donut, I was kind and told her nicely the signs were mixed up and that I was I given the wrong donut. I asked for the correct one and Instead of just swapping it out for free, she refused and charged me for another one... it's only a $1 so I didn't make a big deal about it I just thought it was quite rude. She also forgot to ring up my girlfriends hash brown so of course she took mine... it wasn't just my order that was messed up, my friends coffee and latte were both made poorly plus it wasn't what they ordered. I know fast food and customer service isn't fun nor ideal but there's no excuse to be mean and not give what the customer asked for, just quit if you're that miserable.Ps. They swapped the donut signs later.

The coffee is never as good as the other locations. It’s normally burnt and they are always running out of food. One of the worst Tim Hortons locations in the area. The staff is ok.
