I don't usually write reviews but I asked the guy behind the counter if they had any vanilla creme donuts left since I felt like a treat and didn't see any, and he said no but then offered to go make me one. He comes back a few minutes later with delicious fresh donut. Plus a few other employees were friendly. Excellent service!

Their pretzel bagels are excellent.
The employees offer to make more bagels if they run out. Outstanding.
I believe most other Tim Hortons stores woult not offer this.
Your service is greatly appreciated.
I don’t know where else I can get salted bagels on-demand.
The bagels could use a half the amount of salt.
But other stores have too little salt, which is much worse.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Carlos! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. You can really tell he cares about giving customers great service. Even though it was busy, he stayed positive and helpful the whole time. Employees like Carlos make a big difference and are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you for the awesome service! He also helped me change my flat tire on my car. Lovely worker!
