Long wait time and poor quality food
i pulled up at 8 am to get told that they don't have dark roast coffee and that a pot of coffee takes 7 mins to brew. then pulled up to the window to be rudely addressed by a manager. then I got my coffee nd it wasn't even made right. called the store nd got hung up nd screamed at by a manger when all I wanted was my coffee to be made right (triple triple with carmel) it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a coffee
Biscuits are absolutely the driest tasteless one I ever tried. And I gave it several chances. The store specifically is Sterling Heights Mi Mound rd and 18 mile Rd.
The manager/owner needs to start paying attention to the service :quality of the over baked biscuits and muffins and stop selling them that way. As Fresh!
The parking lot and surrounding the building HAS trash EVERYWHERE!!!!! Which means only that the inside must be the same.
