The food was the only decent experience. When we walked in, no one was at the register, but it was a total of 5 employees behind the counter... The 2 guys were cooking, 1 girl was doing something (not sure exactly what), another young lady was all the way at the back so I couldn't see what she was doing & 1 girl was sitting on her cell phone, with her feet kicked up relaxing... It took for 1 of the cooks to tell her that it was customers that wanted to order for her to get up...read full review
Terrible customer service my goodness. Floors are very slippery, oversized lids, a lack of lids for drink cups, dirty broken down soda machine, shall i go on and on? This place needs a complete employee/management overhaul. I will never step foot into this establishment again and i advise others to stay away.
