Slow service and horrible, cold food and nasty pop.
We have given this place multiple tries because we do generally enjoy Culvers but 4 out of 5 times our order was incorrect. I called one time because I was tired of my order being incorrect and not getting what I paid for! Never once did they say I’m sorry, the person on the phone acted so out out that I called about my incorrect order.
