Despite some technical issues at Okemos Best Western Hotel, the lobby was pleasant, breakfast adequate, and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel, while clean and comfortable, faced challenges with the card reader, WiFi, and key cards. Hopefully, improvements in technology services can enhance the overall guest experience.
