This morning at the drive thru I Ordered coffee and two plain donuts. Coffee was fine the two sugar coated donuts were not. Sigh.

Dunkin' offers a delightful experience with sweet and caring service. The staff member took time to ensure the order was perfect, even accommodating special requests. The donuts and coffee are tasty, served with professionalism and a smile. Despite some technical issues, the lobby is pleasant, breakfast adequate, and the staff friendly and helpful. The establishment, while clean and comfortable, faces challenges with the card reader, WiFi, and key cards. Hopefully, improvements in technology services can enhance the overall guest experience. The strawberry icing donut has a very thin and drippy icing. The atmosphere is that of a gas station that is not very well maintained. However, Kay, who works at this location, is amazing and always makes the customers' mornings brighter. The staff also loves seeing the young customers, which makes the parents' day.
