Waited 15 minutes for cold rock hard food that was actually hard to eat only 20 minutes after they started serving lunch. Ordered through drive through and was at the second window. A larger truck pulled up behind me so naturally I pulled up by the side door to receive my food so the truck was able to get to the window. The woman at the drive through proceeded to yell “ma’am, why did you pull up” with a very rude and snarky tone. I was just trying to make things easier...read full review

Fries were warm my burger was cold. They took at least 20-30 minutes to get us our food at dine in. Priorities were drive thru then the people who came in after us who ordered to go came first. The dining area was updated but not kept clean. Bathroom was okay but could have been better. Yes, it was a Saturday afternoon. Even more reason to be staffed properly. Money and labor cost, I'm sure plays a factor.

I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before we got to the store and they hadn't even started it when I arrived. The manager who was "assisting me" didn't say two words to me until after I stood there waiting for five minutes when she handed me my food and just repeated my order back. No "thanks for your patience" "sorry that took a while" or anything. I even had to get my cokes myself - what was the point of doing a mobile order, again?
