I think they must’ve had a very rough morning/day by the time I got there because no one was particularly happy to see a customer walk in… behind the counter was a bit of a mess and one bathroom had no toilet paper but I think they were understaffed and tired. I was grateful for this location though, needed a break on my 15 hour drive. PSL and sausage egg and cheddar were good :) The only thing I know about Michigan is this Starbucks haha.
This Starbucks location is clean and staffed by friendly yet equally professional people. I've never had a bad experience here, nor an order that didn't meet my expectations.Vegetarian options: Plenty of good options to meet a vegetarian diet.Kid-friendliness: Many caffeine-free drinks and foods that are appropriate for kids.

I always use the app to order and pay ahead of time. The only issue is that the Sturgis franchise is the only place where I have to go through the drive thru to pick up my order instead of just popping inside to grab and go.The baristas are always kind and helpful, pleasant and ready with a smile.
