I ordered an iced matcha beverage using my mobile app. When I arrived, they were finishing it up. I never get drinks/food to eat/drink in, because the seating is too hard to sit comfortably. I miss the days when they had upholstered chairs and sofas. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way, because there are hardly ever people sitting in the cafe.......just people in line in the drive thru. So sad 😢

Don't think I've waited this long for a drink at any starbucks ever. If you are going to order, go through the drive thru, it's significantly faster than going inside.

I go to this location often. I always go inside to order and I never have any issues or concerns. Last week I arrived to pick up a mobile order and they said they didn’t have it. I had confirmation on my app that it had been received and they were working on it. The girl over the speaker was very nice, but her manager was not helpful in tone or with customer service. I left without my order and I was not offered an answer or a refund. I’m disheartened because this is...
