We visited Gilchrist from down state this past weekend and it was absolutely lovely. Their gruner was amazing which we left with a bottle of! I have celiac and they were able to make anything on the menu gluten free. I got a bison burger and my husband had a fish sandwich, but the buns were mixed up when they came out. I always feel bad ordering with dietary restrictions as to not inconvenience the staff but they were so kind about remaking the order. We ate outside on the patio...
We stopped in this weekend for a wine tasting. We had both a red and a white flight. We loved all six of the wines we tasted! Sitting by the cozy fire on a snowy afternoon was delightful. We’ll be back!
