Cute little shop! Lots of trinkets for engaging kids' minds and an escape room-style hunt for $100 hidden in the shop. Great idea but the quality of ice cream is not great. It seemed to be more water content. I hope to see a creamier ice cream on our next visit. We will be back, I loved the concept!
Met the owner of Norm’s and Irv’s ice cream shop in Suttons Bay Michigan. A great little ice cream shop. It’s keeping the girls busy with a game they have. There’s a scavenger hunt for a $100 bill that you can keep if you find. Great way to pass time and enjoy an ice cream!

Great ice cream, nice people, good location. Would be 5 stars if they were ever open!! I'm forced to go to the one down the street that doesn't have Ashbys ice cream - no Michigan pothole! Stay open till 8 like you advertise! Open on Sundays at least during high season!
