We had a great experience here last night. Came in right before closing and the owner was very friendly and the ice cream was good, also. We were sitting out front enjoying our ice cream as the owner shutdown and closed his store. Just as he was getting on his bike to leave, another couple came looking for ice cream. He got off his bike, reopened the store and served them ice cream before going home. What great service!
Cute little shop! Lots of trinkets for engaging kids' minds and an escape room-style hunt for $100 hidden in the shop. Great idea but the quality of ice cream is not great. It seemed to be more water content. I hope to see a creamier ice cream on our next visit. We will be back, I loved the concept!
Met the owner of Norm’s and Irv’s ice cream shop in Suttons Bay Michigan. A great little ice cream shop. It’s keeping the girls busy with a game they have. There’s a scavenger hunt for a $100 bill that you can keep if you find. Great way to pass time and enjoy an ice cream!
