Roman Wheel Pizza & Subs

We have been here multiple times and we love the food! The only unfortunate thing is that they NEVER UPDATE THEIR HOURS, EVER. We live 30 minutes away, and love to make it a destination every once in a while. The problem is, 2/3 times their online website says they’re open, and then they’re closed. Walked in today when the online website said they were OPEN and one of the workers was completely and utterly rude. I asked if they were taking orders because the online site as well as the sign said they were open and the only answer he could give me is “we’re closed.” If you are a popular spot in a tourist destination….do better!! you have people looking forward to eating your food and you can’t even offer updated hours.. DO BETTER!

4 times I'm coming this season allways closed, online is saying Open, it's Wednesday and still closed.

Great food. Have been visiting this restaurant for years. Loyal costumer for life

Ordered a custom pizza(chicken, tomatoes, basil)
Do you see any chicken? Very very little, yet a 3.75 extra charge.
Another 2.00 charge for basil. Yet no basil leaves. Only dried basil flakes.
30$ pizza(not wood fire, just oven baked)Feels like a scam
Taste is very similar to costcos pizza for 3x the charge.
Steak fries were just ok.

Online says open till 9pm. Walked in at 8:05pm and they would not take our order. Evidently they quit taking orders and hour before closing. Can't rate the food because they wouldn't sell us any. Very poor customer service. Went across street to another pizza place who was more then happy to have our order. They also close at 9pm btw

ordered for pick up and was told 45 mins went to get it 45 mins later and they said oh it will be 30-25 mins….. we always get Roman Wheel and I love their Pizza , but this time we attempted to order 3 times prior to this and each time they were “closed” according to their phone- except their schedule said they were open—

Tried to go here website says they are open until 9. Entered the building at 8:20 and they asked if we were trying to order, said yes and they said we’re closed. Trying to be informative I let them very nicely know that as an fyi their website says they’re open until 9. The cashier casually responded with yeah I know. Not sure how a business can be operating when they apparently willingly post inaccurate information.

Be sure to order ahead in the summer. Always a bit chaotic, but good pizza!

Love the food but the service is terrible. Extra long wait times, everyone is trying to figure out if they’re in the line to order or picking up, and trying to place an order via phone is next to impossible with a consistent busy signal. This place has so much potential but falls so short.

Roman Wheel Pizza & Subs is hands-down the best pizza in the area. Flavor-packed pies, super friendly staff, and quick, reliable take-out make it a local favorite. The crust, the toppings—perfection. You’ll wish you could stock your freezer with it! Bonus: family-friendly vibes and free parking. A must-try.

Great broasted chicken! Good toasted sandwiches. If you're a fan of a good club sandwich, try it. They don't skimp on the good stuff where other sandwich places might.
