Very disappointed tonight with our service, we've always had great service but this evening our waitress never came back to check on us at all unless we asked another server to get her for us. We had to ask other servers multiple times, which was very upsetting. When we asked for our bill and to-go containers she brought those back but no bill, I had to go to counter and ask for our bill from another server. One thing I can say good about our experience was the good was very good.
I really like it here. They are short on staff but they are doing best they can. Last time we went it took forever to order, get good, and they missed one of our orders. You could tell they were very busy and the poor waitress felt terrible about it. That's only happened once. More often they have been out of certain (alcoholic) drinks. I have never been bothered by a waitress much as I did this visit..please slow down and let people visit each other and let us enjoy your food..it's great! Unless you have a unsatisfied customer..we are not those people..
