“I really like it here. They are short on staff but they are doing best they can. Last time we went it took forever to order, get good, and they missed one of our orders. You could tell they were very busy and the poor waitress felt terrible about it. That's only happened once. More often they have been out of certain (alcoholic) drinks. It's usually pretty packed in there, but there are booths too. It's always a good friendly, family atmosphere. The food is really good. They are working hard and hopefully will have more help soon. It's a nice place to go and feel comfortable and chat with friends. Vegetarian options and yummy desserts.“

“I don't know "real" Mexican food like some do. I'm a Flintstone. But as local foods go, Lupe's is very consistent. Always tastes great. It's always hot. Service is prompt & friendly. Price is reasonable even post-covid. And over many years has never gotten an order wrong, unlike a certain spicy chicken place.“

“been hearing and seeing this place and I'm always hesitant to try new mexican places but after my gpa said its alot like how his family in Texas cooks and my sister alway enjoyed it. so,, today we decided to try it and immediately fell in love. the barbacoa was tender and full of flavor, the beans and rice were perfect the green salsa and the pico we got was also perfect just the right mix and kick.my mom also enjoyed her burrito meal and my young niece demolished some barbacoa also like she was feral. just like my gpa said it also reminded my dad and I of how food in Texas tasted. we we def will be making this a favorite place for ordering mexican food when we don't wanna cook!“

“Our waitress was wonderful. I ordered a taco salad that was delicious! My husband got the mega burrito. Let's just say he had to ask for a box, which doesn't happen. He said it was very flavorful. The atmosphere and the music made this a great Mexican restaurant.“

“Typical Mexican restaurant. The food is just so so the service is always good and fast and the prices are fair so they stay busy. I had the birria tacos from here and they were okay. The beans have good flavor and when mixed with the rice and add a little salt and pepper they're a decent side. The chips are good thicker than I prefer but tasty. The salsa is very thin and not very spicy. If that's your bag this is your place.“

“I prefer the regular taco (chorizo) over any of the other meat options. I really wish they would bring back the fried clucker. The smoked clucker is OK but not a favorite. You can ask for the nacho chips in a separate bowl so the chips don't get soggy. Check this place out and have a tenacity beer.“

“A small place with atmosphere. Tacos unlike taco bell or other chain restaurants. Things aren't smothered in cheese or floating in red sauce. I will ask for onions next time though for that added something. The waitress we had was tops!
