The atmosphere is intriguing so much to absorb in the time you are there. Service was with a beautiful smile and very friendly. Plus, there is a lot of food to tr, not just sweets. “Came in minutes till they close lobby like dash them kiosks all new to me ain't use one or comprehend it nice guy John walked me threw it was really helpful talk about costumer service and Tom the manager blue shirt Tom Tom great guy checked my order perslly made sure I had my stuff condiments and and the fry girl wasn't anyways I would remember that it was unique super fresh delicious fry's in all I think prices got higher pretty sure John got me a deal give em all 3 raises great experience tho awesome time getting food not everyday you walk in a restaurant and it's just vibing and cheerful“

“They are FAST! Even with a crowd, they have your drink ready within moments of you making your way down to the pickup counter. Lots of good ‘special’ drinks, homemade bakery treats, sooo many flavors for your latte, and all the dairy alternatives you could want. Such friendly baristas too. My only complaint is they are located 2.5 hours away from me ? I wish I could visit Tawas every weekend just to grab an iced latte from Susie Brews and take a stroll.“

“Great place for some really good hand made chocolates. I do not go up to East Tawas often, but this last time we went in to see what they had a They have a great selection, and staff is friendly and helpful. Absolutely love the milk chocolate that they use. Will be getting more next time I'm in town!“
