I still gave 4 stars, because I’d like to think this is an isolated incident (and I’m really not a Karen lol). But this is unacceptable: They ran out of dome lids (I’m assuming based on the soda lid that was used) for frappe so you short the customer?? Do we need to brush up on good customer service? You don’t short the customer because you ran out of supplies. I get it, things happen (hence the decent review in spite of it). Let’s remember we are all out here struggling....
I orderd Extra onion, and got, at most!!! 3 small little pieces of onion on my sandwich....i dont even know man!? yall are usually pretty good but that just made me cry! Im not crying from the onions either obviously......more onion please!!!! idk if its extra charge but i really was looking forward to speaking to my mother in law and making her squeemish with my onion breath!!!!......... now you have ruined that for me today.....so for that im checking my food here on out Playas!...
I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this location, particularly regarding the mobile ordering system and customer service.
The app allowed me to place a breakfast order, confirm that I was at the restaurant, receive my code, and wait in line. However, by the time I reached the drive-thru speaker, I was told breakfast was no longer being served. The app should have a clear cutoff or a system that recognizes when a customer has checked in and begins...
